Win a 2011 Chevy Malibu

A raffle ticket must be completed in full to be eligible. All raffle tickets must be purchased and returned by Nov. 23, 2011 to: Heartland United Way, 410 W. 2nd St., Ste. 1, Grand Island, NE 68801.

Eligibilty Rules: A new 2011 Chevy Malibu will be presented to a single winner, who must be 18 years or older, courtesy of Tom Dinsdale Automotive. Members of the staff and Board of Directors of the Heartland United Way are not eligible. To participate in the raffle, this ticket must be completed, including the person’s name, address and telephone number and must be returned to Heartland United Way by November 23, 2011. Preliminary drawings for 12 Key Winners will be held during the weekday morning shows on local radio stations beginning November 28 through December 13. You need not be present to win a key. The 12 Key Winners will need to be present (or have representation) for a chance to win the Chevy Malibu on December 14. Proper identification, proof of insurability and payment of IRS tax and state tax withholdings to the Heartland United Way will be required before presentation of the vehicle. There will be no substitute for the prize and the prize is not transferable for cash. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize as well as all license, title and registration fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will be required to sign a release and hold harmless agreement in favor of Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet Cadillac BMW GMC Hyundai, Heartland United Way and their respective agents and employees. The winner, by entering his/her name, agrees that the Heartland United Way may use his/her name and photographs for publicity purposes upon acceptance of the car. The cost of the ticket is $1.00. The raffle is being conducted in accordance with the Nebraska Small Lottery and Raffle Act.
