What are community impact programs?

The Heartland United Way is committed to making a difference through programs that positively impact the most pressing issues in our communities.  Our goal is to work with diverse community stakeholders to create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place.  We all win when a child succeeds in school, when families are financially stable and when people have good health. These results have benefits that ripple out to the community as a whole.
