Karly serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Heartland United Way. Karly is a Centura Public Schools graduate and received her Bachelors of Arts Degree and Masters Degree from Doane University. Prior to working with the United Way, she taught vocal and general music in the Centennial Public Schools and Northwest Public Schools districts. Bringing events to the community that make a positive impact, while building relationships and creating opportunities is what Karly enjoys most about her role at the United Way.
Karly is married to her husband, Trevin, and together they have the best roles as parents to their daughter, Zoey. Quality time with family and friends, singing, taking pictures, watching sports, and traveling are a few of the hobbies that bring her joy.
