GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — A local nonprofit is urging people to find their flavor on the first day of summer.

The volunteer fair is Tuesday, June 21, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Big Red Treats (223 W 3rd Street) in Grand Island.
Attendees can sample Heartland United Way’s partner agencies and find their favorite flavor! By visiting with all present community agencies, attendees will earn a FREE small ice cream and be put into a drawing to win a $50 Big Red Treats gift card. The goal is to rejuvenate interest in volunteer opportunities in the community!
