2026 Imagination Bacon - Brew/Wine Vendor Form

Imagination Bacon: Bacon & Brews for Books is a bacon & brew fest featuring local craft brew and wine samples alongside unique bacon-inspired appetizers! This year's event is on Friday, August 7th, 2026. Guests mingle, munch, and bid on auction items while enjoying live music by Blacktop Pony! Attendees must be 21+ to attend, and the past two years this event has sold out!

All proceeds from this event benefit the Heartland United Way's Imagination Library program to mail one book a month to over 3000 enrolled children ages 0-5 in Hall, Hamilton, Howard, & Merrick Counties! Our goal is to ensure each child starts kindergarten with a library of their own! Each attendee will vote for their favorite brew/wine vendor to be the "Boss Hog Brewer" and the winner of the beverage competition will house the traveling trophy for the following year! If you'd like to "pour" something special into this event as a brew/wine vendor, we'd love to have you!

We want this to be a representation of what you offer at your business to encourage the community to support your business after this event. Please note, vendors that would like to provide non-alcoholic options are also welcome to participate.

I understand there is no event fee for my business to participate as a vendor at this event, however beverages served at this event are a donation and Heartland United Way will not provide my business with funds for participating.

This event has sold out the past two years, and we ask each vendor to prepare samplings for around 600 guests. Tasting glasses will be provided to each guest as they check in, so the businesses do not need to provide these.

The event is on Friday, August 7th, 2026. I understand I must be set up at the Heartland Events Center by 5:30 pm and stay to serve my samples of beverages until 9:00 pm.

Heartland United Way will provide three, 8 foot assigned tables. Tables will be covered and skirted for me, and I am encouraged to bring promotional materials and banners to hang at the event.

Vendors will receive ice from Heartland United Way to keep beverages cold, but vendors must bring something to hold the ice or keep their beverages chilled.

Electrical Cords, Extension Cords, and power strips must be provided by vendors.

Vendors will be included in marketing and additional event advertising and closer to the date the Heartland United Way team will provide each vendor with the day of and set up details.

Vendors will receive up to 4 tickets for those working their booth to redeem for a tasting glass and meal (one ticket per tasting glass).
